The Space:

⚡️ Welcome to our luxury designed, light-filled basement suite right in the center of Lawrenceville with its own private entrance and driveway for extra privacy. Large windows allow for tons of natural light. A dreamy dining area with great views of the outside and lighting speed internet make this a perfect place to work from home. The suite is equipped with a cute retro fridge and microwave, snacks, beverages, and best of all a Pinterest inspired coffee station because who doesn’t like coffeee?!

Guest Access:

🔸 Entire space (everything you see in the pictures) is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home!
🔹 This is a duplex home. Occasionally, you could hear footsteps from the upper floor. Most guests and sometimes hosts in the upper unit are respectful of quiet hours after 9pm but as this is outside of our control there could, of course, be occasional exceptions. Please notify us if needed.
🔸 Private entrance & driveway to the unit and extra street parking can be found in front of the house.

Other Details to Note:

🔹 Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
🔸 Quiet hours start after 9pm.
🔹 Guests do not have access to the backyard area and upper deck behind the house.
🔸 There is a security camera by the front door facing the street for extra security.
🔹 Please note that there is a charge of $20 per hour for each hour of early check-in or late check-out. This is due to the fact that we have to coordinate this with cleaner schedules, reset smart lock apps, etc. Please keep in mind that if we have a same-day turnover with another guest checking in or out that we cannot usually offer early check-in or late check-out. And since people often book at the last minute we often won't know if we can offer this until 24-48 hours before arrival/departure. Lastly, please kindly give us 24 hours notice for this request to give us time to properly coordinate. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in advance! 🤗
