It's on the first and top floor of a 10-unit building, with private parking and the beach 30m away. You'll be in the commune of Le Gosier, 15 minutes from the airport. It's an ideal base for exploring Guadeloupe. Charming Studio situated on the first floor of a small and secured building, air-conditioned room, TV & Wifi included. Located at Pointe de la Verdure, hotels road, close to the casino of Gosier. the beach is located at 30 metres by walk and is close to the bakeries, shops and other convenient services. Not far from the Casino, the Pointe de la Verdure beach is a popular beach for tourists. The Pointe de la Verdure is also the site that concentrates a good part of the top-of-the-range hotels of the West Indies. It is located in the city of Gosier, in a hotel zone (Salako, Creole Beach, etc...). The beach at Pointe de la Verdure is a very beautiful white sand beach.The access is close to the Arawak entrance take the small pedestrian path then the turnstile.( see photos for reference).
