With 8 bedrooms and 11 beds, there's plenty of room for everyone at this superb chalet, which is set over three main floors (max capacity of 15 people).

A swimming pool, gym, home cinema and sauna will be waiting for you at this lavishly restored chalet after a wonderful day exploring the Aravis mountains. Note: children MUST be supervised by adults when using the home cinema. The sauna and gym equipments are available to guests over 16.

The wonderful well-being area is on the first floor - there's a shower and a sauna room, opening on to a sunny terrace with a year-round, concealed pool. The 'mazot' or storage room in the garden has been converted into a gym, where you can work out in privacy.

The impressive main living area is on the second floor, where it makes the most of the views and access to the garden. A huge three-sided sofa surrounds an open fire, for cosy nights in, and there's a huge dining table where everyone can sit down and eat together. Picture windows flood this floor with light, and open on to a furnished covered terrace, where you can enjoy coffee and soak up the view.

PLEASE NOTE that the maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with the fire safety regulations, the property complies with the provisions of the January 31, 1986 decree (later amended) for residential buildings. Therefore, although the property has beds for 20 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 in order for it to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 related to establishments that provide public access.

IMPORTANT: The sauna and gym equipment is accessible only to guests over 16 years old. Children have to be under adults supervision in the home cinema. For security reasons, external cameras are installed at the chalet (entrance/wellness area). PLEASE NOTE that the maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.
