Old Fashioned is a great option for those groups looking for room to spread out while having a large and open gathering area around the kitchen and living room, vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and a cozy modern fireplace! The large well-stocked kitchen has a large kitchen island and all the wonderful cooking amenities you enjoy having for cooking meals. There's a dining table with comfortable seating for up to 8 with the kitchen island having 4 bar stools. The kitchen area walks out onto the large deck with an amazing view of the starry skies and nearby forest, and there's a gas grill available as well. The living room has a large sofa, TV, and fireplace. There's also a two-stall garage great for storing those ATV and snowmobiles you bring on your trip. The upper level includes 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The lower level has a nice living area with a sectional sofa, TV, and shuffleboard table! There's a walk out from the lower level out onto the patio that has a large hot tub for those cool nights and an additional table. There's also two more bedrooms on the lower level.

Outside you'll find a nice driveway that can fit a smaller trailer or two, and great proximity to the local clubhouse where you'll have access to a heated pool, fire table and game room with pool table! You can easily take the couple minute walk over to the clubhouse down the main road through the subdivision and likely see wildlife on your short walk. There are snowmobile trails that can be accessed on the edge of the subdivision, and ATV trails that can be easily accessed on a short ride down Rochford road that you can connect with miles and miles of off-road fun!

Deadwood is only 15 minutes away and there are taxi's that do service the area if you're looking to take in a concert, gamble, enjoy some great food or just walk the historic main street. The highly popular Spearfish Canyon is just 10 minutes away as well, with its amazing fly fishing, hiking, and just taking in the beauty of the rim-rock canyon walls and local waterfalls. In about an hour drive, you can also be enjoying larger attractions like Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake or Devils Tower. The location of Old Fashioned is perfectly centralized between so many fun things to do during your vacation.
