The Space:
We recently added a large addition to this home featuring a 3rd full bathroom. Enjoy an inside/outside lifestyle with plenty of room to spread out inside and lots to enjoy outside. This home now sleeps up to 18.
We also just replaced all the flooring on the main level and in the bedrooms in Fall 2024. New large sectional now in the living room with room for 6 and 2 additional chairs by the fireplace.

Recently added high end Telescope Casual Patio furniture outside that we have not gotten a chance to photograph yet.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals: refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans. There is a coffee pot and Keurig maker for those coffee lovers in your group, BYOC!

There are 3 seats at the counter in the kitchen, 3 bar seats in the living room and there is a dining table for up to 8 in the true dining room. Perfect for enjoying your home cooked meals.
Just outside the dining area we have a large picnic table, a pub table and plenty of outdoor seating.

The living room has a sectional sofa, and smart TV with connections to YoutubeTV and Vizio Watchfree. Additionally, you can login to your own streaming apps.

There is a lower level with additional seating, TV, and an old school pool table. Perfect for kids to enjoy their own space!

There are three full bathrooms and one half bath. Three on the upper level and one on the main level. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.

5 bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom 1: king size bed with ensuite bathroom and twin trundle bed & a crib
Bedroom 2: second floor, king size bed
Bedroom 3: second floor, queen size bed
Bedroom 4: second floor, queen sized bed
Bedroom 5: lower level, queen sized bed
Loft Area: 2 queen sized beds in the room with the barn door
In the lower level common area there is an open space with one queen and one full futon around the corner from the pool table

Outdoors: over 2 acres, 100 feet from Milton Pond with 330 feet of private waterfront, private beach, 1,500 square foot wrap around deck with hot tub, fire pit, plenty of seating, and a Weber grill.

Other amenities worth noting:
-Fast WiFi throughout the house. Perfect for remote workers!
-Brand new vinyl tile flooring installed on the upper level, no more carpet in the bedrooms.
-Plenty of parking for up to 9-10 cars
-Seven Ductless AC units, quiet/energy efficient to keep you cool during the summer
-Four steps up the deck and half step to enter the house
-Washer/Dryer for mid stay laundry washing on the lower level
-Fun fact: former site of the Milton Ice Factory in the early 1900s, home was built in 2004 and renovated in 2023.

The lake:
Watersports are a big attraction at the lake which stretches over 5 miles across three “ponds.” There are 2 sandbars roughly 1 mile from our property. One typically has a volleyball net and room for 50 boats in the summer months. The New Bridge Marina and ice cream shop are roughly 2 miles away which is always a big hit with the kids. You can rent a boat and park it at the new bridge marina for convenience.

DISCLAIMER:
There is a dock at the property and I park my 20 foot Pontoon boat on the left side of the dock. There is a technically room for another boat on the right side of the dock, however that is at your own risk. We strongly recommend renting a boat from the New Bridge Marina up the road and leaving your boat docked there. Between the current at the end of the lake and several large rocks by the end of the dock we cannot advise it . We make no representations or warranties about the dock and we are not liable for any damages. This property has weekly visits from hot tub maintenance, landscapers, Mosquito Squad and trash pickup.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to a majority (minus the owner's closets). Guests are also not allowed to access the loft area above the bathroom in the front of the house, that is for owner storage only.

Pets are allowed for $175/stay. You are still responsible if your pet damages the property.
We do not provide linens for any futons, just the beds.
