The external door leads straight into an open plan living area with wood burner, Smart TV and real oak flooring throughout. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with modern units; dishwasher, oven and hob, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, bluetooth speaker and ample cupboard storage. The dining table comfortably seats four people.

The stairs lead to two very similar sized double bedrooms both offering wonderful views from the front and back of the house onto fields and woods. The bedrooms benefit from luxurious Hypnos kingsize beds (both rooms can be set as double or twin as you prefer), bluetooth speaker clocks, and ample clothes storage. A modern newly refurbished house bathroom has a bath with rain dance shower above. Outside the gardens back onto woodland and offer enclosed lawned area to three sides of the property with picnic table, parasol, barbecue and firepit. The views from the garden are spectacular. A washer/dryer is located in the properties outhouse, which also provides ideal bike storage.

These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 50 guests.
