Enter via the back porch or front door into the high-ceilinged hall, which leads to a large utility room with plenty of drying and storage space. The formal sitting room is accessed from the kitchen or hall and the beautiful arched, shuttered window immediately grabs your attention and offers wonderful views of the landscape beyond. The room also features a period fireplace with a wood burner, an arched alcove, comfortable sofas, and a retro chandelier. The spacious TV room is accessed from the kitchen or hall and also features a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, a 35" Smart TV and various games and puzzles for you to enjoy. The large farmhouse-style kitchen has a large, solid wood dining table giving plenty of space for feeding the family.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where all rooms are accessed off a main corridor. The splendid master bedroom offers wonderful views, and features a Hypnos super kingsize bed; it has an adjoining en-suite with bath and rain dance shower accessed via a spacious dressing room. The two further bedrooms have Hypnos super kingsize beds, which can also be set as a twin if preferred; they enjoy views over the rear garden. The house bathroom offers a bath, rain dance shower, window seat and plenty of cupboards.
Outside there is a picturesque, enclosed front garden with flowerbeds, a lawn, a picnic table and BBQ. To the rear of the property there is ample parking, a couple of lockable sheds that are ideal for bike storage and access to a large communal enclosed garden.
