Welcome to our spacious and newly refurbished home, perfectly designed to accommodate up to 7 guests. Situated in close proximity to the vibrant Leeds city centre, this inviting retreat offers both comfort and convenience.
Step inside and be greeted by the tastefully decorated living area, where comfort and style merge seamlessly. Relax in the generous and inviting spaces, adorned with unique artwork that sparks conversation and adds a sense of whimsy to your stay.

The space
Take advantage of the free on street parking.
When you enter the property the stylish living room is the first room on your left.
Continue down the hallway, the first bedroom is on the ground floor and contains 2 single beds.
There is also a large kitchen diner on the ground floor with adjoining lavatory.
Upstairs the second bedroom contains another 2 single beds.
The third bedroom is a smaller room with just 1 single bed.
The master bedroom is at the rear of the house with a comfortable double bed.
The main bathroom boasts a large walk in shower.
Our house is fully furnished and fully equipped to host guests.

Guests can access entire property.

Please do not wear shoes in the house. Please turn off the heating before vacating the property. Please do not leave dirty dishes and cutlery. Any extra cleaning required will be charged at £30 per hour plus cost of any damages.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
