Close to the train station, theatres, business district and shopping. Newly built and decorated to a high standard, each apartment has 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, WiFi, television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Minutes walk from The Headrow (principle city centre street) , your apartment is located down a side street and could not be more central.

The pictures show a mix of our 2-bedroom apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat!

Parking Information:

We can offer FREE PARKING, this just needs to be requested before check-in. (subject to additional charges)

For secure and convenient parking, we recommend Q-Park Wellington Street, LS1 4LT, which is just a short walk from the apartment. The cost is approximately £19 for 24 hours.

For a more budget-friendly option, Woodhouse Lane car park, LS2 3AX, is available at around £15 per day, located a 15-minute walk away.

We can also offer additional local parking options, subject to availability and additional charges.

This is a peaceful residential area — no parties or loud music are allowed.

Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving the property to help prevent water damage or theft.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.

Pets are not permitted.

Fees & Responsibilities
Disturbances may result in a £250 penalty fee.

Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement charge.

Please report any damage or issues to the property manager as soon as possible — failure to report could result in an additional charge.

Any serious damage may be flagged to the booking platform and charges may apply.

Check-Out Information
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Late check-out without prior approval may incur a charge equivalent to an additional night.

Kindly return keys to the original collection point before departure to avoid any penalties.
