Welcome to Aeri Villa 2, a luxurious retreat perched atop a hill just 2 kilometers from the charming Sivota Bay. Overlooking the picturesque bay, this stunning four bedroom villa combines breathtaking sea views with the tranquility of its elevated location, offering a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. #GROUND FLOOR

The villa's interior is thoughtfully designed to provide both style and functionality. On the ground floor, the bright and spacious open-plan living area is connected to a modern kitchen fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and all the essentials. A large French door in the living room opens directly to the terrace, where the infinity pool awaits, allowing guests to admire the stunning views even from inside. When the doors are open, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces dissolve, creating the feeling of one expansive, unified area for relaxation and entertainment. This floor also features a cozy double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a built-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Moving to the upper floor, two generously sized bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and the second with two single ones, both with built-in closets, and elegant ensuite bathrooms, open onto a large balcony offering stunning panoramic views of the sea and lush surroundings.



#SUB-LEVEL

The lower lever is designed for privacy and versatility, featuring a bedroom with two single beds, a modern bathroom, a comfortable living area with a large sofa bed, and a compact yet functional kitchen.

Additionally, the basement includes a utility room with a washing machine to ensure convenience during your stay.

*A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

**Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a climate tax of 15€ per night .This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued for you within your stay.
