Identical to its sister villa, Ponti, next door - Villa Thea Ponti boasts three bedrooms and bathrooms to welcome groups of up to 6. Bright and welcoming throughout, the cool blue and white shades that decorate the villa reflect the shades found on the local bay. A fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge and spacious bedrooms create a home-from-home that'll be hard to leave!

The star of the show is the expansive outdoor space, from the pool terrace to the balconies there's no shortage of space to soak up some sun. Enjoy long evenings dining outside, and whip up a feast on the brick-built barbeque as you admire the twinkling lights of the resort below. 

Important Information - This property contains wide gaps in the balcony, terrace and external staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.

To access the villa there is a path which is 500cm wide, there are no steps, however there is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 165cm wide. As can be seen in the images, the poolside is only accessible via external stairs. There are 17 steps in total. The remaining area is tiled. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide, and the ensuite door is 62cm wide. The living areas are on the lower ground floor, via 17 steps. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 74cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 74cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
