Located in the heritage town of Leixlip—birthplace of Guinness—Alensgrove sits along Arthur’s Way and is moments from scenic trails like Castletown House, Carton House, and the Royal Canal Greenway.

Our riverside cottages offer exclusive access to private walkways, a relaxation room, private sauna, on-sight coarse fishing, lifesize chess, outdoor recreation areas, a solid-fuel BBQ and much more.

Alensgrove is just a short drive or train or bus to Dublin City Centre, offering quick and convenient access to the capital’s cultural attractions, restaurants, museums, and nightlife.

The nearby towns of Leixlip and Maynooth are both rich in charm, offering everything from cosy cafés and gastropubs to historic sites and riverside walks.

Only a short distance from major companies such as Intel & HP, the accommodation in Alensgrove is well serviced with top infrastructure and transport options to Dublin and the surrounding areas (Bus, 35-40 min, Train, 30 min). It is well serviced by the main travel routes for anyone travelling by car, with access to the M4 (Galway, 2 hr) and the M50 motorway roads only a short distance from the premises.
