Renting of a house, entirely renovated, for 6 persons, part of an 18th century farmhouse, half an hour from Angers and Saumur, 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire.
2 km from the A85 freeway.
Near the towns of Beaufort en Anjou and Baugé en Anjou, in the commune of Les Bois d'Anjou (Fontaine Guérin) with proximity to a pleasure lake (bathing surveillance in summer) and a threshing festival in August.
The house is located in the countryside (1,5 km from the village), quiet with a view on the Couasnon valley.
You have the possibility to go for walks or bike rides.
Forest nearby with Dolmen at 1km.

The cleaning of the premises is done at the end of each stay and for which a check of 60€ (or cash) will be requested at the arrival.

A deposit of 250€ (by check and not cashed) will also be requested upon arrival to cover any damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation and the furniture and objects in the accommodation caused by the hirer, as well as the loss of keys or objects. The check will be returned within a maximum of one month after departure if no damage has been noted.
