A living room with character, comprising a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and sitting area with flat-screen TV and decorative fireplace.
There is a large balcony accessible from the living room, with no direct neighbours.
On the 2nd floor with sloping ceilings :

dressing room and attic bath,
An en suite bedroom-lounge with two single beds under the sloping ceilings,
a lounge with desk and a shower room with washbasin

Garage access: the access ramp is located on the far left of the residence. The main door opens with the blue remote control provided upon your arrival. Garage A302 is on the first level, on your left as you enter via the access ramp.

Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay.
If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
