The following facilities are available: Shared swimming pool (open ONLY in July and August), Hairdryer, Television, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Parking: This is an outdoor space, accessible directly via a parking tag that raises the barrier at the entrance.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment’s key advantages is its location:
- close to various restaurants;
- a 3-minute walk from a ‘Super U and Drive’ for your daily shopping;
- a 2-minute walk from the ski bus, which serves the whole valley and the ski areas
Places of interest near the accommodation:
- Les Houches Tourist Office, a 15-minute walk away;
- the famous Merlet Wildlife Park, 15 minutes away by car;
- the Christ the King statue, 6 minutes away by car;

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
