It's located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, has a balcony with a lovely view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Come with family or friends, it can accommodate 4 people. You can also discover Lac des Chavants (15-20 minutes away on foot, with a wide range of summer activities including cliff climbing, fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, a rope pyramid, picnics... ) and Chamonix (just 13 minutes away by car) for a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
