Located on the second line of the Les Sables d'Olonne embankment, you can do everything on foot!
Bright apartment, living room open to a balcony offering a clear view, equipped with a sofa bed in 140, a coffee table, a TV, a table and 4 chairs.
Open and functional kitchen fully equipped, kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and a washing machine.
On the night side, you will find a skylight attic bedroom (velux) not closed upstairs, with a 140 bed and plenty of storage. Bright and cosy for restful nights.
Fully renovated bathroom with toilet, perfectly equipped.
South-facing outdoor balcony! Equipped with lounger, table and four chairs.
Storage in the entrance completes this property as well as beach equipment such as rackets, a bucket, a shovel and a chair!
