Price is based on double occupancy per room



 New Rules concerning Bookings:

1. The names of ALL guests + email addresses & phone numbers of all ADULT guests, provided to us at the time of booking.

2. The damage deposit is raised to $5000. 

This damage deposit has to be secured separately at the time of booking.

3. Smoking in the living room and bedrooms will be fined $500 per incident. This will be a separate document that all guests will be required to sign as part of their arrival process.

4. A “recommended” tipping policy of $30 cash per guest per day is included in the description of the rental rates.



Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. They are quoted in US Dollars. They are subject to change without notice. Each reservation is subject to a refundable Damage Deposit.



Minimum stay during low season: 5 nights

Minimum stay during high season: 5 nights

Minimum stay around Xmas/ NY: 7 nights (till the 27th or after the 27th) If you want Christmas and new years then it is 12 days.
