Welcome to our beautiful house in Lundin Links, gateway to the wonderful coastline of the East Neuk of Fife We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

The property is pet-friendly so the whole family can join you on holiday!

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and updated fibre broadband internet.

This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.

In the first bedroom, you will find a super king-size bed, with ensuite shower room.

The second bedroom contains a king bed. Both beds can be split into singles.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is the ensuite, with a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, essential toiletries, hair dryers and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

There is a small outside seating area and parking for 1 car (second parking space available on request).

We are on the main bus route between Edinburgh and St Andrews and the closest train station is Leven, about 2 miles away. We are within a 20-30 minute drive to St Andrews and the coastal villages of Elie, Anstruther, St Monans and Pittenweem.

- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of £50.
