There are 2 full bathrooms with on demand hot water and 2 large private and comfortable showers. There is an exclusive rocky terrace right in front of the condo where you can relax between dips in the pool. The condo faces west so you will get lots of beautiful warm sun.

The condo is all yours to use including the rocky terrace in front. The common area pool, garden and sunning areas are for you to enjoy as well. There are more than a dozen private parking spots within the complex as well as a lot of free parking around the complex and on Main Street (Ave Centrale).
Other things to note
This condo was listed with Airbnb with the previous owner. It had practically all 5 star reviews so, although the listing is new because of new ownership, it has the same comforts and design as the previous listing with some upgrades added.
