Direct Ocean Front, Renovated1 Bdrm Condo with Sweeping Views of the East Shore

This charming ocean front condo is unit # 226 at the Kaha Lani Resort, which is located on Kauai 's beautiful east shore, the famous 'Royal Coconut Coast'. From the lanai of this island home, you can view the endless stretch of shoreline looking both northward and southward. There is nothing between your lanai and the ocean to obstruct the gorgeous panoramic views.

The Kaha Lani Resort was built in a quiet (off the beaten path) area, with open space on all sides. You'll find it to be one of the most peaceful areas on the whole island. Let yourself fall asleep listening to the waves of the ocean as they dance on the edge of the shoreline, and wake to unforgettable sunrises every morning looking out over the ocean. Kaha Lani translates to "Heavenly Place", and that's exactly what you'll find here.

A complete and very high end renovation was just completed on this condo, so everything inside is new. All new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new granite countertops, new appliances, new bed, new mattress, new doors, new windows, and completely redesigned bathrooms.

One of the wonderful things about this resort is it's central location on the island. It's almost the exact mid point between the Waimea Canyon / Koke'e park west shore area, and the Hanalei / Haena north shore area. When staying here, you're at least half way to anywhere on the island you wish to explore.

In the winter months, your lanai is a "front Row Seat" for watching the humpback whales that make Hawaii their winter home. If you enjoy walking along the shoreline, the beach here stretches for miles. Within minutes of the resort, you can visit Lydgate Beach Park, Wailua Golf Course, Wailua river, Opaekaa Falls, Sleeping Giant hiking trail, shops, restaurants, and so much more.

Soak up some sun at the pool, enjoy the beach, play a game of tennis, or just do nothing at all. The memories you make while on vacation at Kaha Lani will be the ones you'll cherish for a lifetime.

We always love true Oceanfront condos. This is one of those. Lots of amenities. Beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, etc. Remodel is great. We would stay here again. I am always stressed when there isno AC, but you really didn't need it. Perfect breeze though the condo every night.

Perfect Location for Exploring

Located on the eastern coast, the location is perfect for activities all over the island. The beach at the condo is mostly private, but not a good swimming area. But you can walk 5 minutes north to a safe swimming location. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

Beautiful!

Beautiful view and well appointed condo. It is a very relaxing and comfortable home away from home. Decorated very nicely. Comfortable bed and furniture. It has everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear. Know that it is on the second floor and there is no elevator, but it is has one easy flight of stairs with an exterior entrance which is nice. The lanai/balcony was a great spot to enjoy the view, but neighboring lanai is very close without any screening/separation between the two. The people staying in that neighboring condo could get loud on the lanai at times disrupting our peaceful stay. All and all we have a very pleasing stay and would stay here again. It is conveniently located and an easy walk to Lydgate Beach.

Just wonderful!

A spacious, sparkling clean, recently renovated condo in a private and quiet location with a breathtaking ocean view. Lovely and comfortable furnishings with a well provisioned kitchen. Easy beach access and the owner stocked the condo with all the beach amenities one could ask for
chairs, coolers, snorkels, fins, umbrellas. The pool looked great, however we preferred to swim in the ocean which is only a few steps away. The condo location gives you easy access to both North and South side of the island and the perfect location for bicycling on the Kauai coastal bike path. Great restaurants and oceanfront bars are very close by. We are definitely coming back and we highly recommend staying at this condo.

Wonderful

We rented the unit for a week in January 2025. We didn't want to leave! It's a fantastic location and view for morning sunrise coffee. I was also eager each day to enjoy the colors of the clouds at sunset on the generously sized balcony. This unit is very nicely updated and well equipped with everything you could need. We loved the high top table on the balcony for clear ocean views and appreciated use of a cooler and beach chairs for our day outings. The tradewinds made the unit cool and comfortable and the location on the east side was convenient for easily exploring the north and south sides of the island. The path directly in front of the unit provided a nice option for walks at any time of day.The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions. If I ever have the pleasure of visiting Kauai again, I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great Stay in Kauai

We couldn't have asked for a better location conveniently located on the east coast of Kauai and the unit within the complex had stunning lanai views. We saw whales 2 different times while relaxing on the lanai. The condo was fully stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella. Super comfortable bed. Check in/access was super easy. Having a full condo with room made this vacation/honeymoon so relaxing. We would go back to this unit in a heartbeat. Only 2 negatives - no AC and the roosters crow all through the day & night!

The condo is every bit as nice as described on the website. Beautifully remodeled with upscale appliances etc. Chad, the owner, was also very accommodating and good communicator. We had a problem with the bedroom ceiling fan the first night we were there, and I messaged him the following morning, a saturday, and he had someone out there by noon to replace the fan.
