The home offers multiple inviting living spaces, each with a cozy gas fireplace, including the main living room with a large comfortable couch, oversized windows showcasing beautiful mountain and river views, and a smart TV above the fireplace. A bright sunroom/3-season porch provides a peaceful spot to relax and take in the river sounds.



Step outside to enjoy the private deck and balcony with outdoor seating, or unwind in the hot tub. Located in a quiet, private neighborhood directly across from one of the area’s most popular swimming holes, you’ll also have access to scenic walking trails right from the house.



When it’s time to rest, the home features 4 spacious bedrooms with brand new luxury mattresses. The first-floor master suite offers convenience and accessibility, while the lower level includes three additional guest rooms! Two with two double beds each and a bunk room with two sets of bunks, perfect for larger groups or kids.

Guest Access:

During the winter months, guests have exclusive access to the private, complimentary South Peak shuttle service, which picks you up right from the driveway and takes you to any of Loon Mountain’s base areas.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on the Pemigewasset River at South Peak. As part of the South Peak Home Owners Association, the neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 5 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!



Getting Around:

The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $7/person.
