The Pines, Ashlin Farm Barns

The Pines is a situated along the Woodland View area of our site and is detached, standing in its own grounds. The design of the barn provides optimum privacy, space and luxury for up to 8 guests, situated in Lincolnshire countryside, but only a short distance from the vibrant, bustling city of Lincoln.

The traditional exterior compliments the Lincolnshire landscape. The large, comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming with a contemporary design and an attractive, quality finish with style and comfort in mind throughout. The kitchen is very well-stocked and has everything you need from the drinks cooler to the dishwasher and washing machine, ideal for self-catering accommodation. Gather your friends and family around the large dining table to enjoy your favourite cuisine before sinking into the luxurious 8 seater sofa and cosying up by the cracking log burner. Logs are provided for you, with underfloor heating to keep you warm during your stay too.

Beyond the comfort of the main living area are four super-king size bedrooms, all of which have the option to be split into two twin beds, if you prefer. There is one bedroom located on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor, each individually designed with their own en-suite facilities and wall mounted TV’s. There is also a separate utility room (with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional tall fridge), and a separate family bathroom with a bath tub for you to relax and unwind.

To the front is a large private entrance space driveway. To the rear, The Pines boasts a large, enclosed private garden, whereby the west-facing aspect allows you to admire the beautiful countryside sunsets. The garden has the luxury of its own huge hot tub seating your entire group, heated outdoor shower, illuminated seating area and barbecue. The spacious garden room offers a separate space for you to enjoy with its own sheltered seating and bi-folding doors looking onto the garden. Come day or night, the garden is the perfect space for relaxing with family or friends, whatever the occasion.

If you have a larger party, we are able to facilitate multiple barn bookings across our barns sleeping 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests.

The Pines is situated off a traditional Lincolnshire country lane bordered with wild flowers in the summer, yet only 5 miles from the beautiful and historic city of Lincoln buzzing with an eclectic range of shopping areas, quirky cafes and vibrant nightlife. So whether you would like to hunker down by the log burner, occasionally stepping out for a country walk, or have plans to explore our beautiful city of Lincoln and the Lincolnshire coastline, Ashlin Farm Barns is the perfect place to be.
