This lovely 4-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located in one of the most historical neighborhoods of Lisbon, the Bairro Alto. Staying in this apartment is having a complete local and traditional experience. Here, you are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.



The 120 square meters duplex is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. It features 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 complete bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and there is an additional sofa on the upper floor landing. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight. Rooms #1 and #2, one of the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the dining room are on the lower floor. On the upper floor is the upper floor landing, the second bathroom and rooms #3 and #4. From the upper floor you have a gorgeous view over the city and the river.

Room #4: 2 single top beds + 2 single pull-out beds (sleeps 2+2)

Upper floor landing: 1 double sofa-bed (sleeps 2)

Max Nº Beds: 13 Beds (including 1 double sofa-bed; bunk bed equals 2 beds)

Max Capacity: 16 people



Note(s): Room #2 is an interior bedroom without windows and is only accessible via Room #1.



Bedroom Preparations:

- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected for the reservation

- Top beds are prepared first, followed by bunk bed, pull-outs and sofa-beds.

- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.



Important Information:

- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.

- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).

- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.

- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)

- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.

Self Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: starting at 16:00

Check-out: until 11:00

- This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in.

- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.

- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)

- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.

- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.



Extra Guests:

It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (30€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
