Apartment located on the first floor in a building in the historic heart of Cascais, inserted in a very safe area, surrounded by traditional shops, restaurants and cafes. It is five minutes from the beaches and the train station to Lisbon.

The apartment was completely renovated with luxury materials, equipment and furniture. It has lots of light, double glazed windows and air conditioning for total comfort. It has a terrace facing south and east, with lots of light, very comfortable outdoor furniture that allows you to enjoy a fantastic breakfast or a drink in the late afternoon.

The three bedrooms have double beds, one king size and the other two queen size, wardrobes, TV so that each guest can individually enjoy their TV.

A long and wide corridor when entering the apartment, has a wardrobe and a service bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your homemade meals

The living room has TV and WI-FI extended to the entire apartment. It also includes a dining area with a table for eight people and access to the terrace.

This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.

It is located in the center of Cascais, 5 minutes walking distance from the historical center, with its local shops, outdoor restaurants, bakeries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, Marina and Club Naval of Cascais.

It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho beach, internationally known for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently for paddle surfing.

It is also a 10-minute drive from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by lush pine trees.

For lovers of the equestrian arts, there is also available the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle.

Within a 5 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril Autodrome.

Lisbon is just 40 minutes away by car or public transport.



NOTE: a security deposit of 500€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.

Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
