Thoughtfully designed with an open-plan layout, the living area includes a double sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals and conversations.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher for easy cleanup and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during your stay.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed fitted with hotel-quality linens and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom comes complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor terrace with a seating area, perfect for unwinding in the open air. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there's also a shared BBQ, ideal for relaxed evenings with good food and company.

This tiny dead-end passage is part of one of Lisbonâs oldest neighbourhoods and traces its origins to the 16th century, deriving from the former Beco dos RemĂ©dios near the Chapel of Nossa Senhora dos RemĂ©dios.
The location offers excellent public transport access. Nearby stops include Rua dos Remédios, Cais da Lingueta, Santa Apolónia station, Mercado de Santa Clara and Lisbon Cruise Terminal.
Within a few minutes walk, you will find cultural landmarks and local eateries. Highlights include the Igreja de São Vicente de Fora, the imposing Miradouro de Santa Clara and the historic Feira da Ladra at Campo de Santa Clara. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
