Situated on the 5th floor and accessible by lift, the space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for enjoying meals together.

The well-equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked dishes, including a stove, oven, microwave, and a full set of cookware and cutlery, ensuring a seamless cooking experience.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms furnished with comfortable king-size beds and ample storage space, ensuring a restful stay. A third bedroom is fitted with three single beds, perfect for families or groups. Rest assured, all beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The apartment features two full bathrooms. One is ensuite to a king-size bedroom, offering added privacy and convenience. The second bathroom is shared but has the advantage of two entrances: one accessible from the hallway and the other with direct access from the bedroom with single beds, making it practical for both shared use and private access. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that it is necessary to climb stairs to access the upper rooms, making the apartment unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

The area is also filled with cafés and restaurants, from well-known bakeries like Padaria Portuguesa to popular brunch spots and international eateries.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
