The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a convenient workspace for those who need to catch up on work or study. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Just minutes away from Parque das Nações, a modern district full of attractions like the Lisbon Oceanarium, Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, and the Altice Arena, this location provides easy access to entertainment, shopping, and dining.

For travellers, Lisbon Airport is just a short drive or metro ride away, while the Olivais Metro Station (Red Line) nearby ensures quick connections to central Lisbon and beyond. Major highways such as 2ª Circular and A1 are easily accessible, making travel throughout the region simple.

Local amenities include supermarkets, various schools, parks such as Parque Vale do Silêncio, and numerous cafes and restaurants offering authentic Portuguese cuisine. Nearby neighbourhoods like Moscavide offer additional dining and shopping options.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
