The Space:

This single-storey lodge has one double bedroom, along with a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and walk-in showe, a cloakroom and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher and for entertainment, there is a TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a private decking area with furniture and hot tub. Fuel power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a travel cot (no mattress) and highchair are available. One well-behaved dog welcome for £30 per stay payable to site before arrival. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Although the property is all one level inside, there are steps to access the property. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Please note that the lodge is dog friendly, allowing to have your doggy guests, however on this particular lodge, the decking is not dog ‘safe’, so please accompany your dog at all times. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted. 3 Southern Place is a lovely holiday home in the countryside.

Dobwalls is a village in Cornwall, England. With plenty of local events, including festivals, carnivals and a range of pubs, shops, restaurants and museums, you will not be short of things to do here! You could try kayaking or windsurfing at Siblyback Lake and Counyty Park, or visit the Neolithic tomb of Trethevy Quoit, dating back 5,000 years. The lovely fishing villages of Looe, Fowey and Polperro are also within easy reach of the Dobwalls.
