During the warmer months, enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax on the 40 m² south-west facing terrace, complete with an outdoor dining area, comfortable garden lounge, parasol and plancha grill. Depending on the season, you are also welcome to pick fresh fruit straight from the garden, including cherries, figs, plums, apples, pears and persimmons.

As the days grow cooler, the spacious 32 m² living room becomes a warm and inviting retreat. Equipped with a television, a deep, comfortable sofa, a hanging chair and a wood-burning stove, it is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The house is not air-conditioned. Thanks to its thick 17th-century stone walls and modern thermal insulation, it remains naturally cool during the summer months.

As the property is located in the heart of the vineyards, you may occasionally observe seasonal vineyard activities carried out by local winegrowers.
