The Space:

A bright and airy space accompanied by sophisticated modern interior design give this studio unique style and character. The equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed and modern bathroom stand out above most. The studio has a 'Netflix ready' smart TV (please note that the TV does not have terrestrial channels) and plenty of clothes storage space. A quirky wall mounted pull out dining table provides the perfect set-up for 2 to dine in. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge freezer, pan, cutlery, crockery, utensils, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The large, beautiful garden is for guest use and is shared with residents of the main house. There’s ample seating area in the garden making it the perfect place for relaxing or dining.

Plenty of street parking is available at the front of the property and secure bike storage is also provided. The studio is situated in an ideal location with Otterspool promenade a 15-minute walk away and Sefton Park just 8 minutes by car. Aigburth road is a stones throw away where you will find ample bars and restaurants.



The studio is situated in a residential neighbourhood, and we therefore ask that guests keep this in mind during their stay. Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.

TOWELS & LINEN

- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases)

- 1 bath towel per guest provided, 1 hand towel for the bathroom and 1 tea towel for the kitchen. Please bring your own if you require more.

For your peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with essential safety features, including:

Quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Head to Aigburth road where you will find ample bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is Tesco Express located a 7 minute walk away on Holmefield Road L19 3PF



Getting Around:

The 82 bus runs frequently from Aigburth road to Sefton Park and to the city centre.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
