Welcome to our sweet ground floor Canning Apartment in Liverpool’s Captivating Georgian Quarter!
This apartment is the perfect base for city explorers, couples and business guests.
Enjoy a 10-minute walk to Hope Street with scenic Georgian-style building views and original cobbled streets. From here, you will find some of Liverpool's best restaurants and the iconic Liverpool Cathedrals!

Apartment Sleeps 4:
Living room:
• Equipped with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels
• A Double Sofa Bed that can sleep up to 2 guests
• Features a small Dining Table for work or dining
Bedroom:
• Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests.
Kitchen:
• Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and much more!
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Just a short walk from Liverpool One Shopping Centre, this beautiful apartment is still within reach of many excellent restaurants, bars and theatres! This space is perfect for those who love the vibrant city during the day whilst enjoying tranquillity at night.
**Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.**
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
The Neighborhood:
Liverpool's Georgian Quarter is one of the City's hidden treasures, and this beautiful apartment is situated perfectly within it!
Just a short walk from the City Centre, and close to some exciting architectural places of interest such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, the location of this property is truly spectacular!
Make sure to take a walk to the energetic Baltic Market that offers a range of mouthwatering cuisines from a variety of local restaurants!
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the ground floor.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
