Villa Alba - infinity pool and roof top terrace

Beautiful private villa freshly renovated with sea view in the Bagnara development on the foothills of Bagnara, 300 meters from the best stretch of sea on the Jonian Sea.

We are in one of the best locations to move around Puglia and have prepared on our gallery a mini guide of experiences you must have while visiting. We have learned this through 15 years of exploring this beautiful corner of the world, with the most amazing people.

The water is crystalline and warm from May to September.

The space
We are on one of the most amazing stretches of the Jonian Sea and perfectly located in the middle of all the main Pugliese attractions. The house has the most amazing view to the sea, the land around it has the Macchia Mediterranean and local pine trees (native protected bushes that are very special). The sunset provides a spectacle to anyone on the property and it restores one's soul. Our terrace will give you the most remarkable memories of this beautiful land.

As we are around 60 meters above sea level, which makes the views mindblowing.

We have lots of outside spaces and are just finishing the refurbishment of the property.

We have some exquisite traditional furniture pieces that we have handpicked that depict the beautiful Magna Graecia (Great Greece), from when this land was controlled by the Greeks.

Our service charges are to ensure you will be welcomed with very special welcome amenities with local Pugliese delicacies, local native organic fruits, local biscuits and treats, bottled water, a fully stocked kitchen with spices and ingredients such as extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic and etc.

Our mission is to make you love Puglia and it will not be hard at all as it is amazing without even on a hut.

You will pick up herbs around the garden, pick figs in August from the trees and walk down to the beach within the development; have your afternoon nap on a hammock outside, in a shaded sunbed or in our air conditioning in your bed. The house has 160 square meters of panoramic terrace.

We will provide you with additional services (with additional charges) to your liking, from daily cleaning, teaching you local Pugliese food, deliver meat for a barbecue, teach you how to make ricotta cheese, book a private pizzica concert, book a massage or get you art lessons.

We have fast wi-fi in case you need to be connected or want to stream a movie. We do not have TVs on the property, but we do have a projector.

We also have an optional booking for the Conca del Sole (the private beach 5 minutes away from the house, please contact us if you plan to use this service for a quote).

The house has a private 80sqm terrace a twin property.

A beautiful infinity pool surrounded by Mediterranean Bushes (Macchia) and spectacular views. To arrive at the house you will enter our gated development with only 10 houses in it.
Other things to note
We have a terrace on the top of the house and it is your responsibility to make sure your kids are safe. We follow the recommended guidelines, but it is important that you are aware of it at all times if your children.

Our house has just be fully refurbished, and newly furnished and we love it, we like visitors to leave it as they find it. We prepared it for you to have the best experience ever so you can get to love Puglia too. And we certainly know you will. Just treat it as if it was your house. We allow parties of up to 20 including your own group. If you rent both houses that number can double.

We include bedding and towels with the service charges, we have a washing machine, so you are welcome to use it during your stay if you wish.

You will need to sign a standard rental contract when you arrive at the property as per local legislation. Tourist city charges are not included and may be charged should the legislation require it.

The pool does not have a barrier and therefore you will need to ensure that if you have kids that they do know how to swim and /or that you are looking after them 100% of the time.
