Very pleasant Hotel and a friendly staff who helps by problems

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 would stay again. - Amendments to the booking were easily applied and late checkout was free of charge. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, one of the greatest I´ve met during my travels. Whole staff spoke very good English and despite me and my travel companion being bit odd couple, we were treated with respect and discretion. - Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. - Room was tidy and spacious. Only minus I give to cleanliness is that there appeared to be mold in the shower space grout between the tiles. Also in the shower it smelled bit strange, but not too bad. Room was cleaned daily and cleaning itself was top notch.Shower just needs a really good scrubbing.

Siisti hotelli omatoimimatkailijalle

Pros: Wifi toimi hyvin, siivous toimi loistavasti.Ilmastointi ok. Hyvät yhteydet bussilla keskustaan, taksimatka keskustaan vain viisi euroa.
Cons: Receptionin henkilökunnan käytöstapoja ja palvelualttiutta
Kävimme Ljubljanassa heinäkuussa 2016. Ilma oli joinain päivinä helteinen. Kiva pieni kaupunki, josta oli helppo tehdä retkiä myös muualle.
