Featuring a private 5-person hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and beautiful garden surroundings, the cottage offers the ideal blend of comfort and tranquillity.

The Cottage includes two comfortable bedrooms (sleeps 6 includes a double sofa bed), a modern ground floor bathroom, fresh bed linen and towels, and a welcoming living space complete with 2 flat-screen TV's and streaming services. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a private patio overlooking the garden — perfect for morning coffee or evening dining outdoors. On colder days, the indoor fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the private entrance ensures complete privacy throughout your stay.

Outside, guests can make the most of the barbecue facilities, relax in the garden, or unwind beneath the stars in the hot tub. Families are also well catered for- with a baby safety gate available for younger guests. Free WiFi and private parking for several vehicals are included for your convenience.

Synod Cottage is ideally located for exploring the beauty of Ceredigion, with Aberystwyth Golf Club just 38 km away and Clarach Bay 40 km from the property.
