Villa Wilma is a beautiful semi-detached house with air conditioning and a communal pool and a large garden with natural grass.

It is located in the Fenals area, just 800m. from the beach and about 950m. from the center of Lloret de Mar.

Each house on the property has access to the community pool through the terrace door independently.

Villa Wilma has capacity for 9 people.

Groups of respectful youth are allowed.

The house is divided into 3 floors:

Main floor:
Garage at street level, with space for 1 car inside and 1 car outside. From the garage you can access the living room of the house
Small garden at the entrance of the house

Very spacious living room with connection to the kitchen, with access to the terrace

Outdoor terrace and community pool with large natural grass garden.

Second floor:
2 double rooms

1 bathroom with bathtub

large studio: 1 room with 4 single beds with air conditioning.
Windows in the roof to enjoy the sunlight throughout the day

Villa Wilma is located in an exclusive area due to its proximity to the beach, very close to playgrounds, shops, supermarkets, restaurants.....

The Fenals area is a highly visited area in summer and with water activities on the beach.

You will enjoy restaurants with large terraces right next to the beach as well as the fantastic Santa Clotilde Gardens just a few meters away.

Ideal for spending a dream vacation without using the car as it has all the services around: shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, beaches and close to public transport.

- In this accommodation pets are allowed, with prior authorization from us.
