Nestled in a quiet residential area with direct access to the beach path, this recently built, beautifully decorated house offers high-end comfort amenities. It comprises on the ground floor a vast common area (living room, dining room and kitchen) with South exposure onto the garden, a parent suite accessible to people with reduced mobility, a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, four bedrooms with modular sleeping arrangements in single or double beds create a peaceful and pleasant sleeping area. The property is completed by a shower room, a bathroom and an independent toilet.

Parking is available on the property with the possibility of parking multiple vehicles.



From the house, you can access the beach on foot in less than 10 minutes via a typical small path. An ideal solution to enjoy the region in complete tranquillity. The town centre of Locmariaquer is accessible in a few minutes by bicycle.

The house has a closed garden of 1000m2 with a terrace and a garage to store bicycles or beach equipment.

The house is in the heart of a quiet residential area in the hamlet of Lopérec. This set of family homes, sheltered from major roads, ensures a calm and secure environment.

Accessible on foot in a few minutes, you have a choice between the long fine sandy beach of Saint Pierre and the Ster er Vered cove, both renowned for water sports. The Saint Pierre beach is the only beach in Locmariaquer where you can easily swim, even at low tide. You are also a short distance from 2 beaches, more secluded and therefore less crowded: Brennegi and Toul Keun. This small beach at the bottom of a sea arm is sheltered from wind and waves, ideal with young children.

Cycle paths and hiking trails lead near the residence.

The town centre of Locmariaquer is 30 minutes on foot, 12 minutes by bicycle, 9 minutes by car...



The region
