Trulli Nicola is characterized by the typical rural architecture of the original trulli that sprout in the lush greenery of the Valle d`Itria. Then there is the more contemporary part, equipped with all modern comforts.
Large outdoor spaces are furnished with table and chairs where guests can have lunch and dinner outdoors, as well as relax in the cool air. Guests can enjoy the relaxation area equipped with a capacious Jacuzzi that accommodates up to 5 people and can be heated on request.
Trulli Nicola consist of two adjacent, independent units, each equipped with a kitchen and bathroom.
The more modern unit consists of a beautiful living room with an open kitchen with induction cooktop and dining room, 1 shower room, 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with a French bed.
The second one consists of the beautiful two-cone trulli, totally renovated, where you can experience the suggestions in an authentic rural past, but at the same time pampered by modernity.
The trulli house 2 bedrooms, one double and the other single, walk-in closet and 1 full shower room.
The estate immersed in quietness is perfect for spending peaceful vacations in Locorotondo, enjoying exceptional privacy and tranquility.

Trulli Nicola rise in the lush nature of Locorotondo, close to the Selva, and only 2 km from the center of the town where there are all the main services.
The privileged location allows you to reach beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea such as Savelletri in less than 10 minutes by car, about 9 km away.
It`s also worth reaching Alberobello, about 15 km away, to discover the historic center of trulli UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Castellana Grotte, with its system of famous caves, just 18 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- You can request a heated jacuzzi tub for a supplement of 25 euros per day.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
