Piotrkowska Street is also the epicenter of all cultural events and happenings. Concerts, film festivals, fairs, and various artistic events attracting locals and tourists are organized here. Piotrkowska is also famous for its vibrant nightlife: in the evening, when numerous bars, pubs, and clubs come to life, it becomes the entertainment center for all locals and visitors. Right next to the apartment is Park im. ks. J. Poniatowskiego, an ideal place to relax in the midst of nature without leaving the city center. The park is perfect for walks, jogging, or having a picnic. In the immediate vicinity, there is the Lodz University of Technology. Within reach, there are many shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, service points, and shopping centers: Pasaż Łódzki and Galeria Łódzka. The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city thanks to numerous bus and tram stops and the train station (Łódź Kaliska).
