Weekend getaway with teens

I had a weekend with just my youngest this summer so I let her pick a getaway she said Hocking Hills! I felt very comfortable and safe staying at this campground by myself with 3 teens. Besides all the hiking there was so much to do at the campground! Between the swings in all the trees, the playground and pond my kids never wanted to leave. I did not mind sitting on the giant neck drinking coffee. I am differently interested in coming back with more family to a bigger camper on the grounds!

Amazing stay

Staying here was everything we wanted and more! Staying here was so relaxing and quiet. We always had something to do to keep us busy and the location made it so easy to do even more off the property!

Great weekend getaway

Loved how close it is to Hocking hills state park and other trails/attractions. it was a great place to reconnect with nature and each other and disconnect with everyday life. Loved our stay, and would return for sure!

Relaxing vacation!!

We were greeted by Fave the owner. Very nice and very helpful. We forgot our pie irons for the campfire so he purchased 2 and brought back to us. The campground was very nice pond with beach very clean!! Would definitely go back. Brenda

Hocking Hill Hiking get away

Went on our first trip as a couple without the kids. We had a great time and loved the amenities. There was lots to do on the property, but also great hiking less then 10 min drive away. Can’t wait to go back!

Hocking Hills Getaway

Had a lovely time visiting Hocking Hills. The villa was spacious for the 2 of us - would be tight for 2 couples. Bed was very comfy. AC worked great-it was 90+ degrees while we were there. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice deck for enjoying the view. Be aware-limited cell service but there is wifi. TV was in and out but I had a good book 🙂 Overall, a big thumbs up.

Villa cĂłmoda y bonita

El lugar es acogedor, nos gusto mucho. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dĂ­as de relax. Quedamos muy a gusto con el lugar. Algo No esencial en nuestra estadĂ­a, pero si es importante para ti debes tener en cuenta que el wifi tiene poco alcance! Mi familia y yo la pasamos sĂșper genial.

Great Property

Love the view and secluded, away from like hotel stuff. Grounds to play on and your own Firepit. Room for exploring the property and your own private stream. A pond with a fountain and a nice swing to take off a load. Great rental property

Great deal

We couldn’t find a cabin due to our spontaneous plans to traverse the area and do some hiking / sightseeing. They were all booked. We found this camper and were initially skeptical. The location is great, amenities are all there, price is relatively cheap, and the owner was even kind enough to let us book two hours early. Would book again, had a great time!

Great location in regards to close to all the hiking and things to do in surrounding areas. The property was fantastic and the onsite hiking and ability to swim was nice too. Great for family vaca or with friends. We will definitely be back!!

Therapeutic trip

This property presented an opportunity for a wonderful weekend despite social distancing requirements. Although a couple attractions were still under restriction (Old Mans Cave & cedar falls,) the owner, town people and another camper couple nearby our site were able to offer great ideas to try out instead such as Cantwell Cliffs or Rockhouse. The property was beautiful as well as the camper!! There was a nice field, an awesome cave and a creek onsite. The only issue was having no service even being closer to a main road. Getting away from electronics is the way to be while camping so I can’t complain at all.

Very beautiful property, the owner was so easily available, nice and friendly.

Was a very relaxing stay and visit. Only thing that I would recommend would be wifi. Felt quite uneasy not having any cell phone service if an emergency were to arise. The are around the campfire was very uneven and not easy to sit around. Definitely planning on going back again.

Beautiful location and accommodation

The RV was roomy any looked great on inside, nice deck and gas grill. Close to Old Mans Cave and other area attractions. We would stay there again.

Never got to stay here.

The property is beautiful. But I never received a promised email with check in instructions. When we arrived there was no one on the premises and no answer when we called the posted contact number. We ended up obtaining a cabin in the state park. Hours later we received the check in info in an email. At the same time the owner called us and said we should have known that in that particular area there are coded key pads with the key inside.
