A beautiful, spacious, two bedroom flat with a dedicated office.
The flat has a newly refurbished kitchen with high end appliances including induction hob, dishwasher, washer dyer and fridge freezer.
Only one stop from St.Pancras Intl / Kings Cross & Eurostar. Public transport to Central London in 15mins.
Loads of bars, restaurants, venues and shops nearby.
Perfect warm and homely base for exploring and enjoying all that London has to offer.

The space
Located in a Victorian block, our home is full of character and charm, and we hope your stay will be so as well.
THE AREA
There are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes on our doorstep as well as along the popular Upper Street which is just round the corner.
There are several supermarkets within a few minute walk away, as well as a very well stocked 24 hour shop at the end of the street.
If you enjoy football, Arsenal's Emirates stadium is just a 10min walk away. For those interested in shopping, the Angel N1 centre is a short walk away, and you can reach the West End easily, just a few stops on the tube.
For those of you who enjoy open spaces, we have the beautiful St Mary Magdalene Gardens, and Highbury Fields, and even a city farm on our doorstep.
The Public library, as well at the North London Buddhist centre, is located opposite the flat, as well as public gym and swimming pool 5 mins walk away.
There is plenty to see and do nearby, as well as super quick and easy access to the rest of London from this amazing location.
Guest access
Both Highbury and Islington (Victoria & Overground lines), and Holloway Road (Piccadilly line) are a short walk from the flat. Buses run all night, a few minutes away from the flat.
Paid on street parking is available.
Other things to note
Please be aware that we are on the 3rd floor with no lift, and that you will have to be able to carry your luggage up on your own.
The projector in the lounge has apps (but not subscriptions) for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and YouTube.
