- This home has air conditioning in the master and second bedroom only. We will place fans in each room that requires them between the months of June and September. This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers or pets. This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator. There are stairs up to the entrance of this home with no elevator access. The third bedroom is located on the lower-ground floor. The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
