The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers internet access.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a shower over the tub
Bed Linen are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

• Please do not make noise after 9pm due to respect to your neighbours.
• Please don‘t use the washing machine after 10pm. If the washing machine breaks you will need to use launderette . There are many Launderettes at 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house.
• Please ensure the oven and the cooker are switched off after using them.
• Do not have parties in the property and overcrowd the house with your guests. Please have respect for your neighbours.
• Pets: pets are not allowed.
• Please do not damage the walls e. g. fixing hangers, posters. You will be responsible for removal of any marks left on the walls.
• There is an internet connection at the property and you are welcome to use it. This is a free service and you are not charged for this internet connection. Please use the internet connection to browse websites or email and not to watch or download movies in excess. If there are any technical problems the internet provider is responsible for internet problems.
• TV licence: TV is not provided for the room therefore there is no TV Licence for the property. If you wish to have a TV then you will be responsible for paying the TV licence cost.
• Do not leave bicycles or other large items in the corridor or other common areas of the house where they could obstruct other tenants or block fire exits.
. If the washing machine breaks down, reserve 30 days to have it repaired or replaced. You will need to use public laundrette/ outside washing services during this time.
• You are not allowed to conduct business activities or use your accommodation as business premises for example: hair dresser or tattoo premises.
• Heating: the house is fitted with temperature thermostat. In summer the heating is off and in winter it is set on thermostat. The heating will work in the morning and after 6pm till 11:10pm. If the temperature in the room goes below 18C the heating will go on automatically. During day when it is above 18c the heating will not work.
• Contents insurance is not provided for your personal belongings. If you need to insure your personal items please contact insurance company
• Do not use your own electrical heating equipment due to safety hazard or flammable items like candles. Always make sure that all electrical appliances are switched off when you are out of the property.
