Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This tree bedroom house is situated in the serene area of Marylebone just minutes away from the Marylebone station. Our modern 3 bedroom house is an oasis of calm in a busy city and is spread over three floors where on the ground floor you have living and dinning space with the kitchen an toilet, leading to the first floor where you have two bedrooms with a bathroom, and on the second floor you have en suite bedroom.

The home was clean and host was very responsive. The location was ideal away from the buzz of the noise for rest and tranquility in the evening but not too far that it takes hours to travel to destinations. Location to baker street and maryelbone stations is fantastic. As quiet as a street as you’ll hope to find in London. Property management team is almost too attentive. We asked local neighbors for advice and theyverrr awesome. The street has a community vegetable garden. Can’t recommend this spot more highly.

Great flat!

Excellent location a short walk from the tube station; we were able to travel about London and to the countryside very easily. Apartment was well appointed and great for our group to use as a home base. Six of us stayed here, and we all thought it was convenient and comfortable for our stay in London.

Strongly recommend! House was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Just a short walk to restaurants, pubs, grocery and the Tube. The house is well equipped, including for a multiple-week stay, and each bedroom is clean and outfitted to a particular colour scheme. The kitchen is fine for cooking at home. The house is very well situated between two tube stations, namely Marylebone and Baker Street, and several smaller grocery and convenience stores are just a few minutes away on foot. Communication with the host and a separate property manager was easy and almost instantaneous via WhatsApp for any questions. Plus you're living almost around the corner from Sherlock Holmes's famous address at 221B Baker Street -- so you can easily arrive at the museum before the tourists do.

Perfect place in a quiet Mews

We found this property to be absolutely perfect in every way. It is exactly as advertised and located in a very quiet, charming area that is pretty much close to everything you could possibly ever need. Atanasko was a fabulous host who was very communicative always immediately available for anything we needed. Delightful mews in Marylebone

We had a last minute snafu with another short term rental reservation and luckily this charming property was available and the host could not have been more accommodating. Be aware that there are flights of stairs to the bedrooms but there is a half bath on the kitchen/dining/ living level which is convenient. Well equipped kitchen and good linens.

10-Day Stay in London

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is in a quiet area with a few cafes and restaurants nearby, plus an easy walk to Regent Park. A little bit longer walk (10-15 minutes) takes you to the charming neighborhood of Marylebone. The townhouse is quiet (we never heard noises from shared walls). The living area is a little small if you are there with a group, but we were out so much that it wasn’t much of an issue for us. Atanasko was an excellent host! He was very communicative and pleasant, and when we needed help with something, he came as soon as he could to help out. I can’t say enough about him as a host!

Perfection

We travel a lot. We’ve had great stays and nightmare stays. This flat was perfection. Atanasko is a kind gentleman who wants his guests to have a great vacation. The place was so clean it seemed like we were the first guests (though I know we weren’t)! Having 2.5 bathrooms is a rare luxury in London! 5 minute walk to 2 tube stations (Baker and Marylebone). Dishwasher and washing machine/dryer both worked perfectly. Great flat!

Great location. Noisy neighbors

Loved the location. It’s a small place but good for three of us. Tas was very helpful and communicative. The neighbors are so loud though that I had to close my windows at night and it was too nice out to want to do that. Could use more and better towels. Also could use an explanation of how to use the laundry washer/dryer. Water pressure lacked when shower going and other water in use. Those are all minor though. We did enjoy the home.

Overall rating of 4 stars (good but not great). Very small but clean and neat. Check in should have been better. Property manager texted us oon our way from the airport on how to get in but never came over face to face to explain how everything worked (no instructions in apartment). Never got the heating radiator to turn off and had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. Also never figured out how to get the TV to turn on and work. Needs a new/better coffee pot which is always important for people from the US. The stairs to get to the bedroom, 2 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd, are incredibly steep and twisted making it difficult for a 78 yr. old to get up and down them, especially with a suitcase. No AC although we didn't need it in October.

Lovely mews house

The host, Atanasko, was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to my questions. The flat is incredibly well located and on a pretty quiet mews (small cul de sac with a few cars parked/garbage collection was the loudest part of the day and unavoidable anywhere). The beds were comfortable, the teenagers each had their own room (no fighting!) and the master suite was at the top of the stairs with lots of natural light and a little outdoor area which was cute. The water pressure was good (not always the case on the top floor in London!) and the flat was immaculately clean. The dishes and glasses were all clean and we had everything we needed. We didn’t use the washing machine, but the dishwasher worked well. The internet also worked well throughout the flat. Atanasko was quick to reply when I asked about how the recycling/garbage worked and how to checkout on departure day. All in all a great stay, I recommend this property.
