My flat comprises of two double bedrooms with storage, family bathroom, and bright and large open-plan living-dining-kitchen space. You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

The green spaces of Clapham Common are a little under 11 minutes away by foot, as well as Abbeville Road with its bars, restaurants and shops. Clapham High St is within walking distance and has a further selection of amenities. Brixton is also nearby - 20 minutes by foot and a very short bus journey.

Stockwell tube station - 11 mins walking distance

Plenty of bus routes around the area.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.

If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
