All in all, the hotel is definitely good and you can have a pleasant stay here.
However, a few things bothered me considering it's a 5-star hotel.
Room: There's no hairdryer in the bathroom, nor is there a toilet brush. It's dusty in some areas of the room and the bathroom has a bit of mold on the tile joints.
The air conditioning worked but probably needs maintenance, as it sometimes had to be set to 18°C to cool the room.
Breakfast: Overall, it was good. However, I received the wrong omelet once. The breakfast routine seems to be very confusing for the staff. Deliveries to the wrong table are normal. Coffee didn't arrive until the food was already at the table (it took almost 15 minutes for a cup of coffee). These are minor things, but I expect more from a 5-star hotel. But It's still delicious.
Location: There's nothing to complain about here. The location is perfect, right in the heart of London. A 5-minute walk to Covent Garden, a 10-minute walk to Piccadilly Circus, a few minutes from the London Eye, and two Underground stations are just a few minutes' walk away.
All in all, this hotel is good, but not at the level of a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, it gets 4 stars here from me because these are minor issues, and there are many things that speak in favor of this hotel if some improvements are made.
