voll in Ordnung

Wenn man mit Bus und U-Bahn (!!) unterwegs ist macht die Lage (ein bißchen vom Zentrum entfernt) auch nichts aus. Das Zimmer war super. Alles sauber, edles Design. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und um das Wohl der Kunden bemüht. Teilweise schwer zu verstehen. Oxford-Englisch mit indischem Akzent und das in ganz schnell... Das Hotel bietet einen "kostenlosen" Shuttle" vom Hotel zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station an. Allerdings hat der Fahrer dann trotzdem 5 Pfund von uns verlangt.... Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Ein und Auschecken war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war ein Addapter für ein normaler schweizer Laptop nicht erhältlich. Zimmersauberkeit war gut und gründlich.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, fünf Sterne doch etwas überbewertet.

Personal eher zurückhaltend freundlich, Lage ist sehr gut, Busstation in der Nähe und in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, Zimmer war sehr gut und gross, super Bad und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Einmal gesehen, zufrieden, thats it.

Rooms are amazing and spacious. A great space to stay in terms of comfort. If you are not happy with something staff promptly fix issue. I think the only thing that lets this facility down is the staffs lack of customer service training. House keeping staff are the worse, reception personnel are getting better but more training would help regular stayers (like myself) have a better experience. Kitchen staff are great. I will continue using this place as the good outWeighs the bad.

Checkin unfriendly, checkout difficult. Shower flooded and bathroom tiles all damaged.

Room is very dark with the curtains closed, the lighting isn't very appropriate. Also no plug socket located near to the desk. In general the room was nice but unfortunately the bath towel had what looked like some fairly fresh bloodstains on, and so seemingly hadn't been washed or replaced. What was most shocking was the attitude of the staff when I presented this to them. They didn't even offer an apology. All they said is they will speak to housekeeping. General demeanour of the reception staff was terrible throughout my stay. Certainly not made to feel welcome. I recommend staying elsewhere.

Only thing that we didn't like was that we were unable to turn off the aircon in the room. I should say however that we didn't call down and ask how to switch it off.
