You will have access to the communal roof terrace with your fob. I am available 24/7 for any questions or requests you may have. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Please note that early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. To arrange early check-in or late check-out, please contact us at least a day or two before your arrival so we can confirm if it's possible for your stay ☺️ Late Check-Out Without Notice Policy: In the case of an unarranged late checkout without the host's approval, an extra fee of £50/hour will be applied. Lost Key Policy: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £150 will be charged to cover the lock replacement and key-cutting costs. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty An extra cleaning fee of £50 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.
