This spacious getaway offers a perfect escape in the heart of the Green Mountains: 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two separate, private floors (perfect for larger groups needing separate living spaces), hot tub, outdoor dining and modern decor. Come enjoy Vermont at its finest!



Pets welcome with a $75 pet fee.



The Space:

The house features eight bedrooms across two separate floors (each with their own entrance), making it the perfect getaway for larger groups and family gatherings!



Our upstairs area features:

* Four bedrooms (bedroom 1: queen, bedroom 2: queen, bedroom 3: twin-over-twin bunk, and bedroom 4 in the loft: pull-out full futon couch.)

* Two bathrooms

* A fully stocked, open-concept chef's kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and Krups coffee maker

* Open, spacious, living room with a smart TV and huge drop-down projector screen with Amazon fire. Perfect for movie nights!

* Deck with seating, grill, and seasonal views of Magic Mountain

* Wood-burning fireplace

* Cotton bed linens and towels

* Games and activities

* Dedicated workspace in upstairs loft



Our ground floor area features:

* Four bedrooms (bedroom 1: queen, bedroom 2: queen, bedroom 3: twin-over-twin bunk, and bedroom 4: two separate twin beds.

* Two bathrooms

* A fully stocked, open-concept chef's kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and Krups coffee maker

* Bar area with seating

* Open living room with smart TV

* Wood-burning fireplace



Outside, guests can enjoy our hot tub with cabana seating, fire pit with outdoor seating area, and several seasonal gardens.



In addition, both floors feature high speed WiFi and full sets of linens.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house except for a locked owner's closet.

Bringing your pup along? They are totally welcome in the 1st floor only (not 2nd floor) with an additional $75 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.



Please note that Silver Birch Chalet is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
