Situated in the stunning and most desired Emerald Lakes Community. This 3-bedroom, 2 Bath home sleeps 10 comfortably. The home is situated in the most desired and convenient location near all the most popular Pocono attractions, such as Kalahari, Camelback and Mt. Airy Casino to name a few, The Emerald Star Lakehouse literally sits on your own private lake. It is perfect for families, friend get togethers or simply a quiet peaceful retreat. Enjoy the picturesque lakefront setting complete with access to enjoy a 3-man pedal boat, a 3-man canoe., and kayaks!!

In the Living Room you'll find a cozy gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The tremendous Garage Game room is equipped with a full-size 9' slate pool table, a regulation foosball table, dart board, PAC MAN, a variety of board games, cards etc, and an an Xbox for endless entertainment.
The gameroom also includes a sofa bed. Make yourself comfortable if exhausted from all the fun! Gameroom is easliy accessible from Living Room.
When you step outside from the fully equipped dream kitchen that includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, there is a brand new HUGE deck, where you will find comfortable outdoor seating. You can cozy up on the couch, or have your morning coffee or evening cocktail at a hightop table enjoying the lakeview. If needed you can also work remotely given our high speed internet. Are you the BBQ master then show your skills using our top-of-the-line Weber gas grill! You will find additional outdoor relaxation, as the backyard boasts a fire pit and a hammock where you can unwind overlooking the serene lake.

Awesome place! We absolutely loved it and will return in warm weather! Our plans developed super last minute for a Thanksgiving getaway with family and friends and the host was extremely prompt in responding all the way from our booking needs till we checked out. The property was very clean. The house was extremely sweet and cozy! The deck and view are gorgeous!! The kitchen and bath were fully stocked with necessary items. The kids and men enjoyed the game room! The kids wanted to make some s’mores last minute and the host had all the ingredients they needed! So thoughtful!! I have stayed at many VRBO properties in Poconos over the last 15 years and no host / owner has been so clean, thoughtful, organized, hospitable, and prompt with responses! Thank you Valentina!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property! The house is big, beautifully decorated and thought through with love and care: from fully equipped kitchen, perfectly working appliances to travel sized shampoos, lotions and even toothbrushes! Rooms are spacious and spotless, beds are very comfortable. The property is big and we enjoyed relaxing at the chairs or by the lake. Speaking of the lake, it was a bit disappointing since it’s tiny and not clean. But we still enjoyed the views and used the peddle boat to get around the lake and to see small fish, turtles and herons. The owners are very responsible, respond quickly to requests and do their best to accommodate.Great place, highly recommend.

Checkin was easy the owner id wonderful and stays in contact. The property was clean and well appointed. The 'game room' offered much for the family to do when not out of the house! Made use of the firepit one night and had a great time. The ONLY drawback was that we had been looking forward to kayaking. while there are kayaks available this property's water access is to a small very marshy pond that does not access the greater lake. Otherwise extremely comfortable and very inviting!

We stayed over the Fourth of July to celebrate my birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen and grill were great for group meals. The game room, backyard, and pond provided tons of recreational options for everyone. We were also very close to mt airy casino. It was an amazing trip!

We booked this place just a week out—and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Communication was quick and easy, and we arrived Friday night with zero hassle getting in.The house sits right on the lake with a private dock and an awesome backyard, complete with a top-tier fire pit setup. Friday night gave us the perfect sunset—we grilled, hung out by the bonfire, and soaked it all in.Saturday morning, we woke up to a misty, overcast sky. The light rain over the pond gave everything this calm, moody vibe—honestly, the perfect atmosphere to slow down and enjoy the view.Inside, it’s got everything you need: a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a proper dining area, and the ultimate garage mancave—think ‘90s sitcom vibes with Pac-Man, pool, foosball, and more.Upstairs, the master loft is super cozy with a chill lounge and a private upper deck—perfect for morning coffee with a view.Every detail was on point: easy-to-use grill, thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste in every bathroom, and plenty of fresh towels.10/10. The location is wonderful and the house is very cozy and comfortable.we had a great time and will come back one day for sure. the host was very responsive.The kitchen is well stocked and the terrace is perfect for meals both at mornings and nights. the lake is a little small but kayaking was still fun for the kids.

Had a wonderful time here. The house was furnished with every convenience we needed. The host set out snacks and toothbrushes/toothpaste for us. Very thoughtful touches. Game room was a great bonus. Views and firepit were excellent. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

We were drawn to the house because of its cozy vibes, lake view kitchen, deck & of course the game room. We went as a family of 9 & had ample space to lounge around & hang out without feeling crowded at all. The teens & kids LOVED hanging out in the heated garage game room, from the billiards table to darts to bob it. It rained the for 2 days & kids could not snowboard but spent hours playing in the game room. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed & then some. We loved that the grill was hooked up directly to a gas line. The homeowner was prompt with answering all our questions and checked up on us to see if we needed anything. What really surprised us was how beautiful the deck was and the walk path to the lake. The lake view was amazing it was solid ice but nevertheless it was just stunning to look at. We can only imagine how beautiful it is during the spring and summer. We made a fire pit our last night and sat around it & made some s'mores. We really enjoyed our stay & hope to go back again.. We appreciated how everything was labeled and organized. We really loved the updated heating systems that was installed. Super easy to use and super efficient. The home is in a great area, several newly renovated home surround it as well. Which really goes to show - it is valued and kept well.

Vacation success

Had a great time at the property. Lots of fun time and lots of laugh was a great time to go there. Only wish that the pond was a little cleaner, it was very hard to fish which was one of the reasons we picked the spot but we had fun without it.

Better than Expected

This house was perfect for a weekend gathering of friends. It is very spacious and perfect for a larger group. The open kitchen & dining room were great for a big group breakfast. The outdoor areas were even better than expected - spacious deck with plenty of seating and a lot of space in the yard for games. The boats were a great addition & a lot of fun. The game room downstairs was also great for late night hangs. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend

We were a group of parents, 2 older teens, and grandparents. First, the house was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in! Lots of extras like toothbrushes/paste, paper towels, napkins, dish detergent, ect. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra options if you had more people ( we did not use these). The game room had lots of fun activities for a rainy day or Netflix options on the TVs in the house. We enjoyed using the Kayaks and fished ( no luck catching anything ). Tons of nature around ( one morning on a walk my husband counted 29 deer ) and we enjoyed making smores one night at the fire pit. We had great communication with the host and she answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The only thing I would point out to someone considering renting here, is you can hear the highway when you are outside, which takes away from the nature ambiance. But I would not let that deter you, if you want a house with lots of sleep options, super clean, fun game room and outdoor options, and centrally located to lots of hiking/ outdoor experiences. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

From the moment we arrived our group was pretty stoked! The house smelled clean, everything WAS SPOTLESS, the view was perfect. All of the little things that Valentina adds to the house just made it feel like we were staying at a hotel instead of a rental home...from the makeup towels, toiletries just in case you forgot something, to providing towels and sheets so we didn't have to lug that from home. The house was decorated so nicely with everything matching and the rooms flowing nicely from one to the next. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need plus some. The game room provided A LOT of fun for all of us (12 years old through mid-50s)! The peddleboat and canoe were a hit and provided hours of entertainment plus the stocked pond was a hit for our fishermen! The ONLY downside of the property was the constant hum of the tractor trailers on the highway. When I think of Poconos I imagine peace and quiet but that wasn't always the case. No biggie though because we won't let that stop us from coming back in the fall. Jim Thorpe was about 20-30 minutes away, a few golf courses to choose from, Camelback Mountain was maybe 20 minutes, and Blue Mountain was about 45 minutes so we had many locations to visit. Last note-Valentina was a great host! Her communication from the start was fantastic and continued even after we left. We've rented about 6-7 VBRO and Air BNB houses and this was by far the best experience. I would highly recommend this house.

Very nice and clean place in the back woods on the lake. Our must have were the fire pit, lake access and the game room which all were used at it's maximum :) One of the guys, even while fishing, caught a 21" pike! Also there is a lot of room for sleeping. Again very nice, clean place highly recommended! Thank you for having us over. Mike ;)
